REFUND POLICY

AtGrip Elite®, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of grip socks, we are happy to offer a 30-day refund policy.

To be eligible for a refund, your grip socks must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in their original packaging. To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your grip socks to request a refund.

  2. Provide us with your order number and a reason for the refund request.

  3. We will provide you with a return address where you can ship your grip socks.

  4. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the grip socks to ensure they are in unused condition.

  5. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees. Also, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for any custom-made or personalized grip socks.
